How to create an Article:

To create an article, you need to login and select

Create content >> Story

from the menu on the right. Give your article a Title and then click the menu settings link. Specify the text that you want to appear in the menu. Finally,  select --Articles (beneath What's here...) from the Parent item menu. Your specified menu text will now appear under

What's here... >> Articles

and will be linked to your article. Now you are ready to add any content you like to the Body block.

Under "Publishing options" at the bottom of the page, you'll want to uncheck the box "Promote to Front Page".
